We got to work on a small mural for Nike a couple of weeks ago. It was really cool working with such nice people. Special thank you to Emily McCartney and TZOM Films for the amazing video. Also a special thanks to our friend Jordan for making this happen.

UTD

We were asked to create an installation for an upcoming exhibition at The University Of Texas at Dallas. We will be part of a group show that consist of 5 Dallas are art collectives. The Sour Grapes got together and free styled this little installation that was complimented by some of Eddie's sculptures. The opening will be on Friday September 13, 2013 from 6:30pm - 8:30pm at UTD's Gallery. More info here.

We have been working with the good people over at VICE on one of their new campaigns. They wanted us to paint a mural for The Brisk Bodega project in Houston. We drove out there and did our thing. Special thanks to our good friend Johnny your for the amazing video work.

Pyramids and Blobs

Pyramids and Blobs is now available here. This is the first book packet that I have had made showing the introduction of the Pyramids and Blobs that have started appear in my art. The 50 page book Measures 9in. x 6in. and shows 50 color photographs documenting my paintings, sculptures and mural dealing with Pyramids and Blobs. The limited edition books are limited to 25 and are all signed and numbered. Each book will come with a surprise original watercolor painting. The original watercolor painting measures 3 1/2in. x 2 1/2in. and is initialed by me. You will also receive a sticker pack of 4 in your order that shows some of my art. I have been by these fascinated by these two simple shapes because of how universal they can become. They represent a new idea of creatures in my work that co-exhist with the figures in my paintings. The Pyramids and Blobs will to continue to grow and develop in my work, so I am happy to show you a documentation of their beginnings. Check out my ETSY SHOP and get your copy before they are gone.

We were asked by The Dallas Contemporary and The Belmont Hotel to paint a mural on this wall. It was cool hanging out with the crew and creating this mural for our city.
